The elevated base is genius - no more damp bedding! Our rescue cats took to it immediately. One minor issue: the entrance flap tends to flip inward during strong winds. Fixed it by weighing it down with decorative stones. Otherwise perfect for UK weather.

Good value for money but the assembly instructions could be clearer. Took me ages to figure out how to attach the base properly. That said, the reflective lining makes a noticeable difference on chilly nights - our garden cats haven't touched the old shelter since this arrived.

Bought this for the stray cats in our neighbourhood last winter. The insulation is brilliant - saw three cats huddled inside during that nasty frost in January. Only gripe is the velcro straps could be sturdier, had to reinforce one side with duct tape after heavy winds.

The sloped roof design actually works! My old cat shelter used to pool water, but this one stays completely dry even during proper downpours. Ginger (my 8kg tabby) seems to prefer the window side - likes keeping watch while staying warm.

Chose the large size for our Maine Coon. Sturdy frame handles his 14kg bulk well, though he does fill it rather snugly! Excellent waterproofing - survived Scottish autumn storms without a single leak. Wish it came in darker colours though, the beige shows dirt quickly.
