Right, so I've used plastic jigs before and they're absolute rubbish compared to this Sakerplus one. The aluminium build makes it properly sturdy - no flexing at all when routing. Did my whole house's doors in a weekend without any mishaps. Only gripe is the instructions could be clearer for first-timers.

Nearly returned it after first attempt went pear-shaped, but turns out I was using it wrong! Once I got the hang of the centering bit, it's been smooth sailing. The anodised finish stops it getting gunked up with sawdust. Handy for quick door replacements.

Bloody brilliant bit of kit this! As a joiner by trade, I was sceptical about these jigs but this one's changed my mind. The self-centering bit saves so much faffing about. Only works on doors though, not jambs - would be 5 stars if it did both.

First proper DIY project and this made hinge fitting actually doable! The silicone pads stopped my new doors getting scratched. Had to watch a YouTube vid to fully get the hang of it, but once sorted, worked a treat. Router bit could be better quality though.

Proper job this - no more wonky hinges! The depth adjustment is spot on. Used it on both modern and old doors with different hinge sizes, no problems. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Just wish it came with a carrying case.
