Bought this after physio recommended proper neck support. The ergonomic curve is brilliant - finally wake up without that awful stiff neck. Only minor gripe? The cover could be a bit softer to the touch.

The cooling cover does what it says - no more flipping the pillow to find the cool side. Decent support for side sleeping though I wish the higher loft option was just a tad taller. Still, best pillow I've had in ages.
