Solid performer for the price. The alloy construction feels premium compared to plastic ones. Did notice the staples that come with it aren't the best quality though - switched to premium ones and it worked even better.

Proper sturdy bit of kit! Had to staple through some thick hessian fabric and it didn't hesitate. My old one would've jammed halfway through. Only gripe is the stapler's a tad heavier than expected.

Used this for fitting carpet grippers - the angled head lets you get right into corners nicely. Staples sit flush every time. Only downside is it came with zero instructions, had to YouTube how to load it properly.

The quick-release mechanism saves so much faffing about when reloading staples. Done my whole garden shed roofing felt with it - not a single misfire. Just mind your fingers when closing it, snaps shut quite sharply!
